Building The Pillar’s Brand Strategy
The Challenge
The Pillar, a charity that seeks to see young people find peace, hope and freedom from their mental health struggles, needed to define its Brand Strategy as it transitioned from being a church project into an independent charity. At this stage in the organisation’s journey, it was crucial to define what the charity stood for and its heart for the people it served.
The Work
In a series of workshops I worked with the Founder and Marketing Exec to evaluate and build on the previous Brand and Business Strategy. We defined the Vision, Mission, Values and Comms Pillars that would take The Pillar into its next phase.
A core comms challenge was the multiplicity of audiences The Pillar needed to reach in a relevant way – young people, parents, churches, professionals and funders. We defined the key messages that spoke to these audiences as a whole and looked at how to tailor and prioritise the right message for different audiences.
The Outcome
A refreshed Brand Strategy that set The Pillar up for its next chapter.
Clearly defined Comms Pillars for each audience that can be applied across all channels.
“Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, creative, and incredibly attentive to detail. She brought clarity and fresh thinking to the project, delivering high-quality work that truly elevated our brand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.”
